So apparently my insurance refused to pay for the doctor visits needed to repair what's keeping me from working out. Thus, I prepared myself this morning for verbal combat. The kind of battle I fight with ruthless precision. But as soon as I dial the customer service line to enter the fray, I got a text stating they did pay for the visits and will cover the surgery.
I guess they heard I was coming. Maybe AT&T's customer service staff is telling tales out of turn again.
