No need to test my heart with all of this useless space

The camping trip is on this weekend. Well, camping as lazy people do. We are just staying in tents on our land near my great grandfather's fishing pond. Where I learned to cast a line and the meaning of patience. Probably the first time since we lost the man who taught me to fish. The picture of the dying age of the cowboy.

We'll hike to the lake to swim. The pond has this nasty habit of turning people abnormal colors. The girls will probably drive back to the city to sleep. It's not a backpacking adventure or anything, but it's a good "too f*#%ing hot" alternative.
