Don't know when to use the "you, too" phrase

So, my brothers and I are going to go to the Brian Regan show in Shreveport next Saturday.

I never would have I could get off work, but now I am trying to figure out if I need to bring a change of clothes in case I pee from laughing so hard.

Anything can happen if you just disbelieve and trick the fates.
